Online Catalog Features
- This online catalog offers a unique feature called My Portfolio.
- My Portfolio allows you to record and track your favorite programs, courses, and other areas of the catalog that interest you.
- The catalog is searchable using keywords for the categories: program, courses, other catalog content or entire catalog.
- Each course and program is printable.
My Portfolio
- The My Portfolio link is located in the left navigation menu of the catalog.
- To create your portfolio account, click on the My Portfolio link and follow the directions.
- To access your portfolio account at any time, click on the My Portfolio link.
- Please consult an advisor to ensure that you are storing information within your portfolio that is relevant to your catalog year.
Icons
Pictured here are the following icons (from left to right): Print Degree Planner, Add to My Portfolio, Share, Print-Friendly, and Help.

Print Degree Planner: This icon will generate the contents of a program in a simple format designed to be printed and written on.

Add to My Portfolio: Allows you to save to My Portfolio for reference later.

Share: Share on social media (Facebook or Twitter).

Print-Friendly: Access a printer-friendly version of a selected page, instead of just clicking on print from the toolbar.

Help: View additional information regarding catalog usability.

The Columbia State Community College Catalog and Student Handbook is published by the Academic Affairs Office, in conjunction with Communications and Student Affairs.
Columbia State is a two-year college, serving a nine-county area in southern Middle Tennessee with locations in Columbia, Franklin, Lawrenceburg, Lewisburg and Clifton. As Tennessee's first community college, Columbia State is committed to increasing access and enhancing diversity at all five campuses.
