INT 213 - Operations Management

Operations Management is a study of the management of systems or processes that create goods and/or provide services. Topics to be covered include quality management, forecasting, facility location, capacity and layout, human resources, project management, inventory systems, and any other current and relevant topics. The topics will be taught using both quantitative and qualitative methods. (NT)

Prerequisite(s): Satisfactory ACT score and one (1) year of high school algebra or completion of all Competencies in Learning Support Math.
