Major in Tennessee Transfer Pathway with Emphasis in Agriculture - Agricultural Business (A.S.)

Program Requirements - Students may be required to take additional Learning Support courses.  Courses cannot be used more than once to satisfy program requirements. Agriculture courses have very limited offerings and should be considered first in registration.

*Students should refer to the desired transfer institution to verify the requirements of the major and concentration.  Students planning to transfer to UT Martin should review History general education requirements, which are included under Humanities and Fine Arts.

*Students planning to transfer to UT Knoxville must complete MATH 2050, Calculus-Based Probability and Statistics (TN eCampus Course) for which MATH 1830  is a prerequisite. Students planning transfer to UT Knoxville should aim to identify a concentration of interest before transferring.

**For MATH elective: MATH 1830  is the preferred MATH course and is required at UT Knoxville; however, students should refer to the institution to which they intend to transfer for the appropriate Mathematics elective.  TTU will accept the following: MATH 1130 , MATH 1530 , MATH 1830 , or MATH 1910 .  Students transferring to MTSU must complete MATH 1530  and one of the following: MATH 1010 , MATH 1630 MATH 1710 , MATH 1810, or MATH 1910 .

Check www.tntransferpathway.org to see which four-year institutions offer this TTP major.  Students should meet with their assigned advisor to determine courses required for the university chosen.

Students and advisors should run a degree audit from myChargerNet each semester to confirm classes are applicable to the program of study.
