Leadership/Mgmnt - Reviewing Performance Progress

It is important to see if performance goals are being met. The process you follow to review progress can also be very important. This course teaches you how to: 1) use progress reviews as a BTCE in guiding individuals, work groups, and the organization toward success, 2) encourage people to sustain good performance and improve less-than-desirable results, 3) build people’s responsibility in monitoring, collecting, and analyzing performance data and 4) handle challenging situations that can arise during progress review discussions.
